Resume ACA rewards for staking jitoSOL-LDOT to keep jitoSOL tokens on ACALA. Right now there is few liquidity and it is not convenient to trade both assets due to a big percentege (64%) taken from fees because of low liquidity.
This proposal aim for another proposal for the actual upgrade to the app with rewards distributed. Quantity proposed can be modified in the next proposal.

I understand that we may end up in a situation where option 4 gets more votes individually, but where the sum of the votes in favor of options 1, 2 and 3 is superior to the number of votes in favor of option 4. However, since this is only an off-chain sentiment vote, I do not believe it is an issue. Voters can vote according to their own belief, independently of which option is going to get the maximum number of votes. The main objectives of this vote are to check:
1/ Whether a majority is in favor of a compensation in ACA from the treasury or not. To that purpose, the sum of votes in favor of options 1, 2 and 3 should be compared to the votes in favor of option 4 alone,
2/ Which option among 1, 2 and 3 is prefered by voters, in case there is a compensation.

Stage 1: open LP withdraw after dex is rebalanced.
Stage 2: open services including dex trading, cdp withdraw/repayment etc (but no borrowing, no liquidation), and other services such as token transfer after aUSD is re-collateralized and 3-4 days after Stage 1
Stage 3: enable cdp borrowing, liquidation and oracle 5-7 days after Stage 2

The fact that some people are create their own voting  has seriously affected everyone.People mistake this information for official information, which causes a lot of unnecessary misunderstandings. At the same time, some people use votes to manipulate the market.

We should tag and ignore these unofficial votes.

Prerequisite: request if Acala Foundation is willing to loan assets to help rebalance DeX and return assets. → Acala Foundation has confirmed willingness 👍

**Firstly, choose to use Option#1 or Option#2 to deal with the individual accounts.**

Option #1: return gained tokens e.g. aUSD error mints to honzon, and return used tokens e.g. LCDOT to the address. If only partially gained tokens can be returned to honzon, then partially used tokens are returned to the address. 

Execution: immediately executable. 

Option #2: If only partially gained tokens can be returned to honzon, then move all remaining assets to a special vault that is claimable by the address owner by returning all gained tokens to the vault.

Execution: may take at least a few weeks to complete code development and test to enable this feature.

**Secondly, if you selected Option #1, then choose either market value or oracle value that shall be used in the calculation of aUSD & other assets.**
